My Approach

It may sound corny when I claim that doggies are people in my family. But, I really mean it! My husband has been displaced more than a few times by a stretched out Mastiff or German Shepard occupying his side of the bed (and half of mine)!

That's how we like it! Doggies bring humans so much joy; they deserve to get back some of that love!

As a stay-at-home mom and online university student, doggies are under my constant and attentive supervision whether they are exploring the back yard, playing with my boys, or taking an afternoon nap on my bed, they are always under a loving and watchful eye!

Although I take a liberal approach to pet care, owner's instructions are always enforced to be consistent with rules and/or training practiced in your home.

Accommodations

home pet care, in home, in-home, pet boarding, dog sitting, pet sitting, house, cheap, affordable

I understand how important  it is for your doggy to continue being loved and cared for in your absence.  That's why I provide sincere and focused pet care in my home which is completely doggy-proof and able to accommodate them.

I have a huge back yard that is easily accessible and completely secured by a tall wooden fence. Doggies are provided with a safe place to play tug-of-war, run figure 8s, or just sprawl out to take a nap in the sun.

Although I am solely responsible for your fur-baby's well-being, they will also get lots of love & attention from the rest of my loving household which consists of my husband & our two teen sons who love dogs as much as I do!

Unless specifically instructed by the owner, doggies are NEVER crated in my home; they are welcomed to couches, beds, or wherever they are comfortable and safe.

Just Like Home...

Our doggy was very happy after staying with Amber and her family for 19 nights while we were out of town. It was obvious that she had been loved on just like home. We won’t hesitate to use Amber again the next time!

Tired Doggies!

Both my dogs have a ton of energy and when I brought them home, they just passed out tired. Amber was able to give them the time they needed. Very satisfied.

Thank You!

Amber was such a kind, attentive sitter for our pup. We are pretty picky/protective of our 10 month old, but something felt right leaving her with Amber. She seemed very happy when we picked her up, and we are already booked for more stays. Thank you again!!!
